Workshops & trainings for companies and organizations

In the globalized world of work, heterogeneous teams are part of everyday life. The diversity and diversity are characterized by obvious differences such as age, gender or origin as well as by characteristics that are not directly visible such as education, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, world view and disabilities. This diversity is a great opportunity, but is too often felt - almost by everyone involved - as a burden.

The challenges of diversity and heterogeneous companies and teams are:

  • Conflicts and misunderstandings due to a lack of a common mother tongue, culture of origin and associated experiences, expectations and knowledge

  • These conflicts tie up resources and valuable energy with managers and in the team and reduce motivation and performance

  • Many employees experience intolerance and discrimination due to their different nature. This leads them to defend, hide, or develop coping strategies. Valuable resources are also tied up here. In the worst case, those affected flee their internal dismissal or change employers and work environments. This entails loss of knowledge and high costs for companies.
