Life is colorful.

We are individual and colorful - shaped by our culture of origin, our living conditions, our education, our gender, our sexual orientation, our skin color.

As soon as we move out of our "homogeneous circle of protection" - for example as expats - our uniqueness and differentness becomes clear, presents us with challenges or we are discriminated against.

As a bilingual expat and diversity coach, I have two main focuses: strengthening individual resources in the midst of a heterogeneous group and strengthening teams of heterogeneous people.
